This beautiful PARADISE is about 90% "virgin land", where you can see and hear toucans, parrots(3 differents species), woodpeckers, small hawks and sea birds(several species). In the forest you can see the tracks and view forest animals such as ocelots, armadillos, agoutis, pacas,coaties, and in the lower branches of the canopy you can see and hear sloths, howler monkeys, tamanduas, white-head capuchin monkeys, squirrels and many more inhabitans of this fascinating land.

The property has a rural road that borders the Caribean Ocean, from which you can see and hear the waves. Electricity and potable water run along the dirt road which borders the property. The dirt road has routine maintenance, so it is well kept and passable all year round.

The farm also has its own private beach front, where you can build a pier to have a direct access to the Caribean ocean.
