Enis Davis-Lewars studied at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. For 35 years she was a law clerk in Toronto working in various law firms as a litigation law clerk. Enis purchased her first property at the age of 24, at that point fell in love with real estate. Enis has taken various continuing education courses in real estate and obtained her license as a mortgage agent in Toronto. She became an avid investor in real estate over the years, which also gave her the knowledge and passion to continue delving in real estate.
Enos moved to Costa Rica in 2015 with her spouse and settled in the Flamingo, Guanacaste area. She experienced many emotions while trying to settle down in her new home; however, she has never turned back.
In January 2017, she became involved in real estate in Costa Rica as a real estate agent. To familiarize herself with the Costa Rican laws with respect to real estate, she attended various courses held by CRGAR and became a member of that association. As a permanent resident in Costa Rica, Enis has had the opportunity to share her experiences and knowledge of this wonderful country with all her clients. Enis has travelled through Costa Rica and takes the time to talk with her clients about the reasons why they should either invest or visit Costa Rica. She takes her job seriously and very passionate about real estate in Costa Rica.
In addition to buying and selling properties, Enis also provides property management services and vacation rental management. She is committed to providing all her clients with a high standard of professionalism, efficiency and takes pride in her work in realty in Costa Rica as a Real Estate Agent
